Meet Kehlie Gomez | Shamanic Reiki Master & End-of-Life Doula in Port Townsend
Meet Kehlie
My name is Kehlie (Kelly) Gomez, and I’m the heart behind Lilac & Fig Integrative Healing Studio in Port Townsend, Washington.
I am a Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner, End-of-Life Doula, spiritual intuitive, and ordained non-denominational minister. At the heart of all of my work is something quite simple: I walk alongside people through the thresholds of life.
Healing. Grief. Awakening. Change. Dying. Beginning again.
These are deeply human experiences, and I believe we deserve spaces where we can move through them with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment.
The Path That Brought Me Here
My journey to this work wasn't a straight one.
For much of my life, I worked in Victim Advocacy, Law Enforcement, and Social Services. Those years taught me how to sit with people during difficult moments, how to listen when there aren't easy answers, and how powerful it can be to simply have someone beside you when life feels uncertain.
But even while doing meaningful work, I continued to feel pulled toward something deeper.
Eventually, a series of profound life experiences asked me to listen to that pull.
I left behind the life I knew, moved to Washington, and began studying with spiritual teachers and mentors who helped me deepen my relationship with Reiki, Shamanic practice, intuition, ritual, and the sacredness I had always sensed within life's transitions.
Along the way, I also began reconnecting with my ancestral roots and exploring what spirituality meant to me—not as something separate from everyday life, but as something woven through it.
Lilac & Fig grew from that journey.
How I Approach This Work
I don't believe healing means becoming a different version of yourself.
Sometimes healing is resting.
Sometimes it is grieving.
Sometimes it is asking questions.
Sometimes it is reconnecting with something within yourself that has become difficult to hear.
And sometimes it is accepting that there are experiences in life we cannot fix—we can only learn how to meet them with greater presence.
Whether I am offering Shamanic Reiki, sitting with someone seeking spiritual guidance, facilitating a Past Life Regression, companioning someone through grief, or supporting an individual and their family at the end of life, my intention remains the same:
to meet you where you are.
I will never ask you to believe what I believe. There is room here for spirituality, curiosity, skepticism, uncertainty, laughter, tears, questions, and everything in between.
You remain the authority on your own experience.
A Place for the In-Between
Lilac & Fig has become the space I once imagined but didn't quite know how to name.
A place for the in-between.
For the person who knows something is changing but doesn't yet know what comes next.
For someone grieving a person they love.
For the curious skeptic wondering what Reiki might feel like.
For someone exploring their intuition or spirituality.
For a family preparing to say goodbye.
And for anyone who simply needs somewhere to slow down for a while.
You don't need to arrive with the right words or know exactly what you need.
Come as you are.
We'll begin there.
