Spiritual Guidance & Intuitive Readings in Port Townsend, Washington

Spiritual guidance and intuitive readings at Lilac & Fig Integrative Healing Studio offer a grounded, supportive space to explore the questions, transitions, patterns, and experiences unfolding in your life.

Located at Point Hudson in Port Townsend, Washington, I offer one-on-one spiritual guidance and intuitive sessions for those seeking greater clarity, connection, self-trust, and a deeper understanding of what may be asking for their attention.

You do not need to follow a particular spiritual path or arrive with a perfectly formed question.

Sometimes you simply know that something is shifting.

What Is a Spiritual Guidance Session?

Spiritual guidance is an opportunity to slow down and listen more deeply.

You may come with a specific question about a relationship, career, grief, purpose, spiritual experience, or major life transition. Or you may simply feel uncertain, disconnected, or aware that something in your life is changing without quite knowing what comes next.

Together, we create space to explore what is happening beneath the surface.

My approach combines intuitive listening, spiritual guidance, conversation, and the impressions or information that may arise during our time together.

The intention is not to give you all the answers.

It is to help you hear your own.

Intuitive Readings

During an intuitive reading, I may receive impressions through images, feelings, words, symbols, or a sense of knowing.

I share what comes forward and allow you to decide what feels meaningful or relevant to your experience.

An intuitive reading is not about predicting an unavoidable future or telling you what choices you should make. I believe you remain the authority over your own life, and your choices, circumstances, and free will matter.

Instead, intuitive readings can offer another perspective—something to sit with, question, explore, or perhaps recognize in a new way.

Sometimes what comes forward feels immediately familiar.

Sometimes it creates a new question.

And sometimes its meaning becomes clearer later.

You are always encouraged to take what resonates and leave what does not.

When You May Feel Called to Spiritual Guidance

There doesn't have to be a crisis before you seek spiritual support.

People often find their way to intuitive and spiritual guidance during periods when life feels especially uncertain, meaningful, or in-between.

You may be:

  • Navigating a major life transition

  • Feeling uncertain about your next direction

  • Experiencing grief or loss

  • Exploring your spirituality

  • Becoming more aware of your own intuition

  • Noticing meaningful dreams, symbols, or synchronicities

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself

  • Questioning old beliefs or patterns

  • Moving through a relationship or career change

  • Experiencing what feels like a spiritual awakening

  • Seeking greater clarity or perspective

  • Feeling that something is changing, even though you cannot quite name it

You don't need to fit into any of these experiences to schedule a session.

Curiosity is enough.

Spiritual Guidance During Life Transitions

Some of the most profound questions arise when we find ourselves standing between what was and what comes next.

A relationship ends.

A career changes.

Someone we love dies.

We move somewhere new.

Our children grow up.

An identity that once fit us no longer does.

Our spiritual beliefs begin to change.

Or life simply begins asking different questions than it did before.

These thresholds can be uncomfortable because the old way of understanding ourselves may no longer feel quite right, while whatever comes next hasn't fully taken shape.

Spiritual guidance offers space to be in that uncertainty without needing to immediately solve it.

Sometimes clarity comes from learning to listen differently.

Grief, Loss & Connection

Grief often changes the way we experience ourselves, the world around us, and our relationship with spirituality.

You may find yourself questioning what you believe about death. You may notice dreams, memories, coincidences, or experiences that feel meaningful. You may feel deeply connected one moment and completely disconnected the next.

There is room to explore those experiences here.

My work in grief and end-of-life care deeply informs the way I approach spiritual guidance. I don't believe grief needs to be rushed, explained away, or turned into something positive.

Sometimes we simply need somewhere safe to talk about the things that are difficult to explain anywhere else.

Strengthening Your Own Intuition

Intuitive guidance isn't meant to replace your own inner knowing.

Quite the opposite.

One of the intentions behind this work is to help you become more curious about your own intuition and the ways it may already be communicating with you.

Intuition can be subtle.

It may appear as a physical sensation, an unexpected thought, a recurring dream, a feeling you cannot quite explain, a sense of knowing, or simply the quiet recognition that something feels right—or doesn't.

Over time, learning to notice those signals can help you develop a deeper relationship with yourself.

You Don't Have to Be “Spiritual Enough”

There is no spiritual prerequisite for being here.

You don't need to meditate every day.

You don't need to understand energy work.

You don't need to know what your spirit guides are saying.

You don't even need to be completely certain what you believe.

You are welcome to bring curiosity, skepticism, questions, uncertainty, and your own understanding of spirituality.

My role isn't to tell you what to believe.

It is to meet you where you are.
